Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Delivery options and estimated timeframes are displayed at checkout.

Delivery Estimates
Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
Express delivery: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or due to factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected delivery method. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — any active offers will be displayed at checkout or communicated via our email list.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier's website.

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection. SZN Padel is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address being provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@sznpadel.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom. International shipping will be announced via our email list and social channels when available.
