Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return
Email us at info@sznpadel.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 48 hours.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or style.

Return Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you've received a faulty or wrong item, contact us at info@sznpadel.co.uk and we'll resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
